Payment Policy
Full payment is due prior to services by check, cash or credit card. We invoice by email.
Holiday pet sitting for New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day is paid at the time of the booking.
We require a credit card number on file for extended services, medical emergencies, and for delinquent payments - for example if you forgot to pay your bill before you left town.
Time
We cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival. Your preferred arrival time for each visit is recorded in your personal animal care file, and your pet sitter will do their best to arrive at that time. However, we require a two-hour window to arrive for each visit. This allows for difficulty in travel, and for the care of any unpredictable circumstances that may arise at another client’s house.

No Charge per Animal! Prices are based on mileage, time, and pet care.
Types of Visits
Basic Visit (30 minutes) - $15.00
Quick Visit (20 minutes or less) - $11.00
Additional Time (per 30 minutes) - $9.00
No "Skip-service"
We do not skip days. For example, if you are gone for 10 days you need to schedule for 10 days.
Late Notice
Current clients, please schedule at least 7 days in advance. Less than 7 days notice is considered Late Notice and higher rates are applied. This does not apply to first time clients - if I can get you on schedule, normal rates apply.
Additional Services
Nail Trim - $15.00
Emergency Veterinary Visit - $55.00
Supply Run - $15.00
Ordering a Locksmith - $75.00 + the locksmith's fee.
Holiday Pet Sitting
A $10.00 surcharge is applied to your bill for working on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
This is Not a Veterinary Service
At the pet owner's request, we will give your pet their veterinary prescribed oral and topical medication, supplements and preventatives, injections and at-home subcutaneous fluid therapy. We will also prepare and service your pet's homemade diet.
